Cancellations & Late Arrivals

I understand that sometimes schedules change and therefor request at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be subject to 50% of the service cost unless I am able to fill your spot. Any appointments that are "no-showed" are subject to 100% of the service amount and may be banned from booking future appointments.

New clients who no show will not be permitted to reschedule.

If you are running late please contact me at 314-540-3436. If you are over 15 minutes late you may be subject to a reschedule or adjustment in service.

Adjustments & Refunds

While I do not offer refunds at this time I do guarantee my work for 7-10 days. If you are in any way unhappy I am happy to have you back in to make any adjustments necessary at no additional charge. This does not apply if you have changed your mind, had an adjustment elsewhere, tried to alter the color or cut yourself, or if we discussed multiple lightening appointments and your first one didn't reach the final desired result of three services.

Guests & Children

Please be advised that due to liability reasons and the intimate studio environment, I ask that child care is provided away from the salon. However, I am always open to conversation about this with proper notice.
